The Black Eyed Snakes - Cross Country with the Snakes

Local Duluth cross country skiier and filmaker, Hansi Johnson set out in 2005 to create a film crossing two genres not often mingled. An amalgamation of professional skiing from the likes of Bill Koch and Brand Nelson with the somewhat amateur antics of the other members of The Black Eyed Snakes as well as tour and concert footage of the Snakes makes for a rockin' good movie. If touring with the Banff Mountain Film Festival is any sign of a films quality then chock up a victory for Hansi as the film went on tour with the Festival during the winter of 2007/2008.
